Scott co-founded Enable Data LLC, a leading provider of advanced data, applications and cloud engineering services. Scott’s deep understanding of healthcare payer requirements was forged over 10 years leading major projects at UnitedHealthcare and four years at Medica Health plan in Minnesota. Scott first worked with Michael as a technology leader at the vendor management company acquired by PeopleClick. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
