Cynthia is a registered nurse and senior healthcare professional with several years of clinical management, program development and implementation experience. Over her career, she has held leadership roles with CIGNA, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, and Wellcare where she developed clinical policies and led care management teams and programs across multiple lines of business. Ms. Hallam currently works with companies like Itiliti to enhance their relevance for clinical environments, streamline operations and lend support to technical projects. She joined our Advisory Board in 2020.
