Marise Condon is a seasoned health care executive with deep experience in clinical care management, population health, healthcare technology, quality improvement and health care analytics. Marise has contributed to rapid company growth through sales and partnership development with several organizations.  She has previously held leadership roles at Casenet (a Centene company), Altegra Health (now Change Healthcare), 3M HIS, and PopHealthCare, a risk bearing national medical group providing medical care in the home to high cost, complex health plan members.

Marise began her healthcare career as an CV-ICU nurse at the prestigious Texas Heart Institute in the Houston Texas Medical Center.  Marise later moved to Memorial Hermann Hospital as a Shock Trauma Life Flight RN, EMT-P  joining the first team under the direction of Red Duke, M.D.  Since transitioning from direct clinical care, Marise has used her foundational expertise and experience to  develop and drive revenue in new healthcare markets. 

A graduate of Texas Woman’s University, Marise currently resides in her native hometown, Houston, TX with her rescue dogs and cats. She is also is passionate about her American Saddlebred show horses and her love of entertaining, aviation and traveling the world.
