Cynthia (Cindy) E. Hommer is a healthcare technology executive and revenue leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across the healthcare industry. As Chief Revenue Officer at Itiliti Health, she leads the company’s revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, and commercial operations.

Prior to joining Itiliti Health, Cindy held leadership roles at MCG, a Hearst Health company, Medical Review Institute of America, Mercer, and UnitedHealth Group, where she led high-performing teams and delivered significant growth across payer, provider, and healthcare technology markets. Her expertise spans Medicare, utilization management, care and disease management, behavioral health, value-based care, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Cindy is a recognized thought leader and speaker on healthcare innovation and has mentored emerging healthcare technology companies through HearstLab. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Park University, and she is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). She has published thought leadership on consumer engagement, case management, depression, and healthcare disparities. Cindy is a member of Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry (WBL) and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and she is a former advisory board member of Women in Leadership (WIL) at Minnesota State University.
